Tom Meighan joined Arnot Realty in 2025 as the Facilities Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and brings over 30 years of leadership experience in facilities management, project management, and operations. Tom is also a Certified Energy Manager with a strong focus in sustainability and energy efficiency. He currently resides in Beaver Dams with his wife, Marcy.
