Arnot Realty is one of the largest real estate developers in the Finger Lakes region of New York. For more than a century, we have been a driving force in the region's growth — developing, investing in, and managing real estate across our communities. Over that time, we have developed more than 1.5 million square feet of real estate.
We think and operate like long-term owners because, at our core, that's who we are — from development and leasing to property management and asset management.
Today, our focus is multi-family. We own and manage approximately 450 apartment homes across the region, with another 500 units currently in development. Alongside our residential communities, our portfolio includes commercial office space, mixed-use properties, a retail property, and land held for future development throughout the Finger Lakes. Whether we're breaking ground on a new community or managing a property for the long term, our commitment is the same — building places that strengthen the region and stand the test of time.
