Eunyul Hwang joined Arnot Realty in May 2026 as a Development and Acquisitions Summer Associate. She assists the team with market research, financial analysis, and other projects related to real estate investment and development opportunities.

Eunyul received a Bachelor of Science degree in Design Management, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature, from Yonsei University. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Real Estate at Cornell University and will graduate in 2027.

Outside of work and school, Eunyul enjoys exploring Ithaca’s many trails and listening to audiobooks.
