Ali Kelley joined Arnot Realty in June 2025 as the Human Resources Manager, where she oversees staffing, employee relations and engagement, and workplace policies to foster a productive, compliant, and engaged workforce. Ali has obtained her SHRM-CP certification, and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, as well as a master’s degree in human resource management.

Prior to joining the Arnot Realty team, Ali was an HR Manager in Succession in Niagara Falls, NY, and a Benefit & Project Specialist at Arnot Health.
