Ironworks Ithaca is a mixed-use, urban infill project that looks to the West End's history of industry for its aesthetic inspiration and seeks to enhance the vibrancy and diversity of the existing neighborhood.

By providing additional housing in a new, energy-efficient building with convenient access to transit and employment centers, the proposed project serves to further Ithaca’s housing and sustainability goals.

This five-story, mixed-use project will offer Ithacans an opportunity for an amenity-rich lifestyle in the heart of Ithaca. The project is located on the northeastern corner of the intersection of West State/MLK and Corn Street and will include approximately 130 units and 4,800 SF of commercial space. The ground floor, street-fronting commercial space has the capacity to accommodate up to three tenants. In addition to all that the neighborhood has to offer, residents will have access to a fitness center, yoga studio, indoor and outdoor lounges, pet facilities, and secure bicycle parking. The units are designed to provide fantastic natural light and many include private outdoor spaces.
