Handmade Jewelry Piece Selected for San Francisco Auction
Glamour & Glow, located across from Deb Shop near Sears in the Arnot Mall, opened for business in October, 2007. Owner and designer, Christy Spreng, has a lovely selection of handmade jewelry featuring crystals, fresh water pearls and gemstones.
Recently, Christine Spreng, was contacted by an organization, that a necklace she had on display in her store at the Arnot Mall had been selected as one of the auction items for Project Night Night in San Francisco, California. The “Martinis That Matter” semi-formal fundraising event held in October 2008, will feature a silent auction which showcases items from many of the “most talked-about and sought-after establishments” around the world.
Project Night Night is a nonprofit organization based in San Francisco which is dedicated to improving the lives of homeless children in the Bay Area. Project Night Night serves 20,000 homeless children each year by donating a tote bag filled with an age appropriate book, a blanket and a stuffed animal to each child, in an effort to help homeless children sleep better while they are in the shelter system. To learn more about Project Night Night visit www.ProjectNightNight.org.
The Arnot Mall congratulates Glamour & Glow for this national recognition and the opportunity to help those in need.
